Meet The Founder

Tamara Mann is a nurse, Navy veteran, and lifelong book lover who turned her passion for reading and representation into The Mélange Collective: Bookish Edition. After years of serving and educating others, she created this space to celebrate creativity, culture, and community — all through bookish products that speak to women of color who deserve to be the main character. What started as a love for bookmarks and bold storytelling has grown into a movement rooted in joy, authenticity, and literary flair.
