Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with The Mélange Collective: Bookish Edition. We want you to love your order, so here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Physical Products (Bookmarks, Apparel, Stationery, Totes, etc.)

• Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Process: To start a return or exchange, please contact us at admin@bookishmelangeco.com with your order number and details. We’ll provide return instructions.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs, if applicable).

Digital Products (Downloads, Kindle Inserts, Printables, etc.)

• Due to the instant-access nature of digital files, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

• If you experience an issue with your download, please reach out, and we’ll make sure you receive your files.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
